Since graduating from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2010, I have been helping people take back their lives.
The strongest therapeutic connections I make are with the first responder looking to bounce back from difficult on-the-job experiences.
I also connect with the young woman needing to recover from traumatic events, transition into survivorship, and establish healthy coping techniques.
